01Rank is what you pay. Nothing else.
A song's rank is the total money ever put on it. Not streams, not taste, not an algorithm. Money on the board, in whole dollars.
02Every bid starts at $1.
Listing a song costs at least $1, and boosting any song costs at least $1. Yes, anyone can boost anything: the artist, a fan, a rival fan doing psychological warfare.
03Ties go to the earlier money.
Two songs with the same total stay in the order the money arrived. The older claim keeps the higher rank. Move first.
04Today is a rolling 24 hours.
The Today board ranks what was spent in the last 24 hours. Every payment counts toward Today for exactly one day from when it lands, then it lives on in All-time only.
05No refunds.
Payments are final. Getting outbid is not a defect, it is the product. If someone passes you, the fix costs $1 more than sulking.
06Songs only.
A listing is a link to a song on Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or YouTube. No playlists, no chat invites, no products pretending to be songs. Nothing NSFW, hateful, or scammy: we remove junk listings and keep the money, in the grand tradition of this genre of website.
07Beta week runs on demo money.
While payments come online, bids are free demo bids and clearly labeled. Demo numbers are practice. The board wipes when the register turns on, so nobody buys history with play money.
08This is advertising, not a lottery.
You are buying a spot on a public board and nothing else. No streams promised, no royalties, no chart placement anywhere that matters. If your song gets heard, that is between you and the people watching the fight.
Questions, takedowns, or beef: the board keeps receipts for all of it.
